Modifying Or Amending Your Purchase

Requests for modifications or amendments to purchases must be directed to Talio’s Customer Care Team at hello@talio.co.uk. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Talio and Greenmove reserve the right to cancel, change, or substitute any product booked through the website.

Rental and Tour Bookings

By booking rentals or tours through talioelectricbikes.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Booking platform. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Pricing

Prices listed on the website are per person, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Talio Limited reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute any rental or tour booked through the website.

Payments and Cancellations for Rentals and Tours

Full payment by credit or debit card is required to book rentals or tours. Cancellations may result in fees, as outlined below:

Cancellation 7 or more days in advance of scheduled rental/tour: No cancellation fee
Cancellation between 3 and 6 days in advance of scheduled rental/tour: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 2 days of scheduled rental/tour: 100% cancellation fee

Return and Refund

You are eligible for a refund on electric bikes and accessories purchased if you notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can notify us via email at hello@talio.co.uk. After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days to the following address: Unit 9 Buslingthorpe Green Trading Estate, LS7 2HG Leeds, UK. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued in full for items returned in good condition. In the case of damages, we may partially refund or be unable to refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Please note that shipping costs and additional expenses are not eligible for refund. We recommend shipping the goods back insured against damages.

Certain items are exempt from return and refund, including gift vouchers and business-to-business sales.
